Sub-process 2 - Add List of Products

Introduction

• Division: DACHSER has two divisions, Transport and Food. These are distinguished by the codes T & F in the API request.
• Product Code: The product code can be found under https://api-portal.dachser.com/codelist or the customer has already received a list from DACHSER Sales.
• Product Name: The product name can be found under https://api-portal.dachser.com/codelist or the customer has already received a list from DACHSER Sales.
• Description: The product description can be found under https://api-portal.dachser.com/codelist or the customer has already received a list from DACHSER Sales.

Purpose

For each delivery, BC must inform DACHSER, which DACHSER product will be used, although this information will not be printed on the shipping label. This information is for DACHSER's internal management. Without this information, requests from BC cannot be accepted and processed by DACHSER.

How to enter a new product

(1) Choose the Division (2) Enter the Product Code (3) Enter the Product Name (4) Enter the Product Description

• Please only use the division name, product code, product name, and description, which are provided by DACHSER.
• If DACHSER has updated its division name, product code, product name, and description, please update your setup accordingly.
