In sub-process 3, the user defines, which service options could be considered for the respective product. For example, three service options, which include, "Delivery against signature", "Delivery without signature", and "GoGreen ad hoc", are chosen for product "DOK" (see screenshot 1).
In sub-process 5, the user confirms the service options out of those in sub-process 3 allocated service options for respective DHL products.
For each delivery, BC must inform DHL Express, which DHL Express service options for corresponding DHL Express products will be used, although this information will not be printed on the shipping label. This information is for the internal management of DHL Express. Without this information, requests from BC cannot be accepted and processed by DHL Express.
Since all four service options have been allocated to Domestic Express "DOM" (see screenshot 1), the user can choose one or more service options out of those four service options.
