Sub-process 6 - Enter Customer Credentials

Purpose

Credentials must be filled for each HDL Express setup so that DHL Express can accept and process the API requests from BC.

How to fill in credentials

(1) Fill in the field "Account Export"
(2) Fill in the field "Account Import" (3) Fill in the field "Username" (4) Fill in the field "Password"

Please contact your DHL Express account manager to request information on your credentials.
