The credentials must be filled in for your GLS configuration.
Step 1: Register the "YourGLS Account" at GLS. (See registration instructions: https://www.gls-pakete.de/downloads/en/YourGLS_Customer_Presentation_V05-06_30.04.2020.pdf)
Step 2: Fill credentials
(1) Fill the field "Contact ID". The Contact ID is the collection point ID. (2) Fill the field "User ID". User ID is your GLS customer number. (3) Fill the field "Password". Password is the password of YourGLS Account.
