In the Assigned Incoterms table, the Incoterms codes of each shipping agent will be linked with the standard Incoterms. The API of the shipping agent will not accept a standard incoterms, for example, CIF, if it has its own incoterms code.
(1) An standard incoterm can be chosen from the Shipment Methods table in this field. (2) This field defines, which internal incoterm code a certain shipping agent uses to represent a certain standard incoterm. For example, DHL may use an internal incoterm "F1" to represent the standard incoterm "FOB". In this case, a combination of "F1" and "FOB" must be set up for further setup process. (3) A description can be added for the defined link defined in step 2. An example of the description could be: "'F1' stands for 'FOB' at DHL".
