Sub-process 3 - Shipping Agent Service Setups
Purpose
The Shipping Agent Service Setups page is used to set up detailed combinations of shipping agent services for each shipping agent. After the shipping agent service setups have been done properly, they can be used to call shipping labels.
- For every shipping agent, different product/service combinations can be set up according to the needs of the users.
- The users must turn to their shipping agent account managers for detailed information on available products and services.
Functionalities
(1) This button adds new lines to set up new product/service combinations.
(2) This button enables editing the table.
(3) This button deletes the selected line.
(4) This button opens the Microsoft Configuration Packages function to import or export shipping label setup packages (see Configuration Packages).
(5) Users must choose a shipping agent in this field. It means that the product/service combination in the selected line will be done for the chosen shipping agent.
- Only the shipping agents that have been defined on the Shipping Agents page can be chosen.
(6) Users must choose a shipping agent service code in this field.
(7) This field displays the description of the shipping agent service code after the shipping agent service code has been chosen.
(8) The shipping label type must be chosen here.
- The shipping label type must match the shipping agent code. For example, if the shipping agent code is UPS, the shipping label type must also be UPS.
(9) The product/service combinations of DHL Shipping can only be defined in this column.
