Sub-process 3 - Shipping Agent Service Setups

Purpose

The Shipping Agent Service Setups page is used to set up detailed combinations of shipping agent services for each shipping agent. After the shipping agent service setups have been done properly, they can be used to call shipping labels.

Functionalities

2024-01-17_09h41_07.png (1) This button adds new lines to set up new product/service combinations. (2) This button enables editing the table. (3) This button deletes the selected line. (4) This button opens the Microsoft Configuration Packages function to import or export shipping label setup packages (see Configuration Packages). (5) Users must choose a shipping agent in this field. It means that the product/service combination in the selected line will be done for the chosen shipping agent.

(6) Users must choose a shipping agent service code in this field.

(7) This field displays the description of the shipping agent service code after the shipping agent service code has been chosen.

(8) The shipping label type must be chosen here.

(9) The product/service combinations of DHL Shipping can only be defined in this column.

(10) The product/service combinations of DHL Express can only be defined in this column.

(11) The product/service combinations of DPD can only be defined in this column.

(12) The product/service combinations of PCH can only be defined in this column.

(13) The product/service combinations of UPS can only be defined in this column.

(14) The product/service combinations of GLS can only be defined in this column.

(15) The product/service combinations of DACHSER can only be defined in this column.

(16) The product/service combinations of CargoLine can only be defined in this column.

(17) The product/service combinations of FedEx can only be defined in this column.
