Sub-process 3 - Enter Credentials

Purpose

The credentials must be filled in for your UPS configuration.

How to fill in credentials

Option 1 Authentication with Access License Number

(1) Fill in the field "Shipper Number" (2) Fill in the field "User ID" (3) Fill in the field "Password"
(4) Fill in the field "License Key"

Please contact your UPS account manager to request information on your credentials.

Option 2 Authentication with OAuth 2.0

(1) Fill in the field "Shipper Number" (5) Fill in the field "Client ID" (6) Fill in the field "Client Secret"

Attention

• Please fill in all fields of credentials.
• Authentication with Access License Number will be abandoned before 2025. Please use Authentication with OAuth 2.0 from the beginning if possible.
• Option 2 has priority. Once option 2 is filled in, the field URL for both test and go-live will be updated automatically with URLs for Authentication with OAuth 2.0.
